If this interests you and you'd like to coordinate some training, please visit our information form and someone will contact you shortly. We can create a custom proposal for you!
Workshops are:
- Conducted at your facility and customized for your recruiters' needs
- On-site training consists of one or two day workshops
- We’ll help you select the most pertinent topics from over 50 hours of training material.
- Your recruiters will get hands-on practice with open requisitions and walk away with actionable results.
- To ensure adequate hands-on experience and Q&A, groups larger than 35 must be split into separate sessions.
Sample Topics Include:
- Adapt Boolean search logic to specific search engines, and understanding when to use which type of search engine to maximize results.
- Apply deep searching of competitors to identify key sources of candidates inside their organization, a perfect compliment to traditional cold calling.
- Build a successful, long term recruiting network
- Conduct competitive intelligence to identify target companies to find and exploit weaknesses in them.
- Easily deploy sophisticated applications like robots and spiders that accelerate and facilitate searching and automate aspects of candidate communication.
- Effectively employ targeted email tools and methods
- Utilize the Internet to cultivate leads, creating a channel for communicating with hundreds of candidates simultaneously and becoming part of the "peoples' employment referral network."
- Exploit information sources, other than resume databases, like lead databases, networking sites, hidden information repositories, and competitive intelligence resources.
- Find resumes online using keywords besides just "resume"
- Nurture online leads into prospects or resources
- Get fresh pages only, using the date range limiter
- Use localization to find people in a specific geography
- Harness telephone sourcing techniques
- Develop effective passive candidate cold calling techniques
- Measure and Manage your sourcing team
- Prospect for candidates on well-established but little-known Internet destinations like WebRings, Newsgroups, chat/discussion groups, forums, mailing lists, FTP sites, associations, trade shows, conferences, blogs (text, audio, video and podcasts), directories, etc.
- Find and target prospects using social networks and web 2.0 tools such as Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn, Flickr, Twitter and more.
