Free Guerrilla Job Hunting DVD is a great holiday present in this economy

I've seen a lot of job search products and it's pretty rare that a two-hour free DVD is as comprehensive as this: http://www.putamericabacktowork.com/dvd/

David Perry and Kevin Donlin have presented their job hunting methods roadshow in a number of cities, particularly so in the months since the June 2009 publication of their book, Guerrilla Marketing for Job Hunters 2.0 (www.gm4jh.com), which I'm happy to say also features a slightly-edited version of this article that I wrote for them (click PDF link in third bullet under "Careers" in right hand column at http://www.recruiting-online.com/press.html).

Their book and the DVD that they sell via their website are great, too (I have reviewed both and recommended it to numerous job-seekers in various industries), but this DVD -- only cost is $7 to cover shipping/handling -- is excellent as a standalone if you're not sure what to get that unemployed (or under-employed!) friend this year.

And if you're an out-of-work recruiter, remember that the 90 minute-plus recorded webinar that Shally and I did, Beyond Job Boards: Use No-Cost Social Networking and Web 2.0 Search to Uncover Full-Time Careers and Freelance Work is also temporarily available for free streaming viewing for the remainder of 2009 (so no shipping/handling charge, either) at https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/972029097

Happy holidays!
