Recruitment PPC - How to Minimize Unqualified Clicks & High Click Fees

In today’s job marketing my guess is you’re probably receiving a lot of contacts from many unqualified candidates or even from candidates that are outside of the country.

Unfortunately there’s not a way completely weed out the unqualified candidate using any recruitment marketing channel. However, when it comes to recruitment PPC
if you are targeting appropriately and catering your ads to only those candidates that you want to attract, you’re likely to get far fewer unqualified candidates.

Below are some 5 tips to consider when launching your recruitment PPC ads.

See Recent Connections to Someone's Twitter Account

Here’s a cool new tool that helps you visually see recent connections to a person’s twitter account.  This can be particularly useful to find say others of maybe same group/titles/or even interests.   For example you know of a particular engineer/architect – this can visually show other twitter folks whom are connected and also shows mutual connections.  I feel this could be a great way

Why We're Attending SourceCon 2010 and why you need to register by this Friday

If you're a sourcer or a recruiter who's always got an eye out for talent pipeline building techniques, you know that the industry provides very few dedicated conferences to learning the latest world-class sourcing methods and best practices. (You only seem to get bits and pieces at regular recruiting events.)

One event that we feared had gone away has its mojo back -- SourceCon is now part of ERE. We have supported it in the beginning, and we're excited to be participating and bringing new components into it this year to make it the must-attend sourcing event of 2010.

How to source candidates via Twitter bios

We got so many great questions during the Twitter webinar that I presented last week (not surprising since we actually got within a few dozen of the maximum 1,000 simultaneous attendees allowed by Citrix GoToWebinar!) that I've decided to address selected ones via the blog.
