Great news for recruiters - LinkedIn Groups now has Subgroups!

LinkedIn has released an update to Groups that allows managers the opportunity to create subgroups. Members of a subgroup must be members of the main group, but can participate in more narrowly focused discussions or collaboration. Create a Subgroup for your group here.
What does this mean to recruiters?Â
Instead of spreading your attention out among several groups you manage, you can now focus on promoting and marketing your main group and give your members the ability to decide how they segment themselves into Subgroups.Â
