How to Do Diversity Recruiting Right

How effective is your diversity recruiting initiative? Branding is only a piece of the equation, but that's not what this workshop is about. The focus of this impactful online presentation is on the recruiting process. Maybe you don't have the right answers for these key questions:

  • Do you know what diverse candidates want, and why they stay at or leave companies?
  • What are the traits and skills of successful diversity recruiters?
  • Why do most diversity recruiting initiatives fail?
  • Why do diversity employees leave companies?
  • What are the best sources for diverse candidates?
  • How do you approach, qualify, interview and close diverse candidates?
  • What questions will they ask you that can make or break the deal?

But Frank McCarthy knows, and he's ready to share those time-tested answers with you. Frank has been in this space for decades, placing diverse candidates up through executive level at many Fortune 100 companies on down. A generous man who has retained his humility despite near-legendary status (see bio below), Frank has also been a great mentor and friend to literally thousands of recruiters and diverse professionals at all levels of corporate America.

If you're not blowing away your diversity goals, this workshop is for you. This presentation will benefit both corporate recruiters and staffing firms, up through management level.

Key Takeaways:

  • Know the Ten Keys of successful diversity recruiting
  • Red flags of diversity recruiting
  • Case studies that illustrate diversity recruiting process best practices, tips and techniques
  • Designing a sourcing and recruiting plan
  • Best ways to source, screen, interview, and close diverse candidates

IMPORTANT:

  1. All paid live webinar registrants will be emailed the presenter's slides in PDF format. However, much more is said and shown by the presenter than what's on the slides (explaining concepts and illustrating with examples, Q&A, going to live websites, etc.). So having the DVD for reference later, as well as being able to show your colleagues (a live webinar login is only valid for one person) to insure full understanding of the presentation and wider adoption of best practices, is invaluable! The DVD includes all audio and video (everything shown on presenter's screen).

  2. If you think you may have a last-minute conflict that would prevent you from attending live, please realize that you may transfer your paid webinar login to one other person up to the start time of the webinar. If you cannot or do not wish to transfer your login, getting the DVD recording insures you will always have the full information. (And the DVD is only $49 more than the cost of the webinar itself – saving about $100 vs. buying the DVD alone afterwards!

  3. Live webinar refunds are not available after purchase unless the presenter is unable to participate.
